YOUR BLANK. YOUR ISLAND. YOUR IDEA.Start an apparel brief

T-Shirts Seychelles / How to prepare an order

Prepare your apparel enquiry

Use the site to organise what you need before contacting a supplier. The enquiry planner creates a brief you can review, copy or download; it does not send a message or place an order.

1. Explore garment options

Browse the catalogue and choose the categories you would like to discuss. Add the quantity for each selection. Product illustrations and category names are planning aids; ask the supplier to identify the actual garment and confirm its specifications.

2. Add your requirements

Open the enquiry planner and add the details you know:

  • Intended use, garment references and preferred colours.
  • Quantities and a size breakdown for each garment.
  • Branding positions, artwork details and any personalisation.
  • The island or destination for the order.
  • Your preferred date to receive it and fulfilment requirements.
  • Your preferred quote currency and questions for the supplier.

Use the size guide and printing brief guide if you need help preparing those details.

3. Review and save the brief

Check product names, quantities, spelling and any contact details you enter. Choose the copy or download action when you are ready. The clipboard text or downloaded file will contain the details included in your brief.

Business contact details for this website are being confirmed. Keep the brief for your records or share it deliberately with a supplier you choose.

4. Check the supplier’s quote

Before accepting an order, confirm the actual supplier, garment specifications, sizes, availability and approved artwork. Ask for the currency, taxes, garment prices, branding charges and fulfilment costs to be clear.

Agree the destination, collection or delivery arrangements, timing, payment requirements and applicable order terms directly with the supplier. Saving a selection or preparing a brief does not confirm those arrangements.
